Features

It is usually used for conveying powder and granular materials along the horizontal or less than 20 degrees. It is not suitable for conveying sticky and easily caking materials. The temperature of the material is lower than 200. It is usually used in small and medium transport and the transmission distance is less than 70 meters. It can also be used as a feeding machine or to complete the mixing operation at the same time.

The product is mainly composed of driving device, head assembly, casing, shaftless spiral body, tank lining board, feeding mouth, outlet, cover (when needed), base and so on.

Driving device: using the cycloid wheel reducer or the axle mounted hard face gear reducer, the driving device should be located at the end of the outlet as much as possible so that the helix is in the condition of pulling. The head is equipped with thrust bearings, which can bear the axial force generated when conveying materials.

Case: the cabinet is U or O, and the upper part is covered with rain proof machine cover. The material is stainless steel or carbon steel or FRP.

Body of it: stainless steel or carbon steel.

Trough lining: material is wearable plastic plate or rubber plate or cast stone plate. Inlet and outlet: there are two kinds of square and round ones. The general inlet and outlet forms are determined by users.
