Working principle of Minerals Pool Filter Sand
The natural high quality quartz deposit is used as the raw material in our factory. A series of new production processes, such as mechanical crushing, rolling press rolling, washing screening, drying screening, vibration grading and so on, are used to protect the natural structure of quartz stone effectively, thus prolonging the use period of the filter material. It has fast filtration speed, good filtration effect, stable effluent quality, no blockage and no agglomeration. It is longer than the use of sea sand (1-2 cycles).

Equipment characteristics
1. The sum of mechanical strength, crushing rate and wear rate should not be greater than 1.5% (percentage by weight).
2. Stable chemical properties, without visible soil, mica and organic impurities, and the leachate of the filter material contains no toxic or harmful substances.
3. The density should not be less than 2.55g/cm3. (except for those with special requirements for density in use).
4. The weight loss should not exceed 0.7%, and the solubility rate of hydrochloric acid should not exceed 1.5%.
5. Clay content should not be greater than 1%, and the content of light substance with density less than 2g/cm3 should not be greater than 0.2%.
6. The particle size distribution is reasonable, and the appearance is crystal with many edges and monologues and glossy monologues. The particle size range of a single or double layer filter material is generally 0.5-1.2mm. The particle size range of the three filter media is generally 0.5-0.8mm.
7. The particle size range is less than the specified lower limit. The particle size is not greater than 3% by weight, larger than the specified upper limit particle size is not greater than 2%.
8. The size range of quartz gravel bearing layer is generally 2-4, 4-8, 8-16, 16-32 and 32-64mm.
9. The commonly used specifications are generally 0.5-1mm 1-2mm 2-4mm 4-8mm 8-16mm 16-32mm
