Working principle of Slant Plate Clarifier

The Slant Plate Clarifier is formed in the mud slag suspension layer when the inclined tube is installed with 60 degrees of dip angle. The floc of suspended material, solid or coagulant is formed in the original water, and the floc formed by the coagulant is accumulated in the thin mud layer on the surface area of the bottom side of the inclined tube, and the mud slag suspension layer is slipped through the gravity action, then the sludge bucket is sunk and the sludge pipe is discharged. When the sludge tank is separately treated or comprehensively utilized, the supernatant gradually rises to the draining tube gradually draining out, and can be directly discharged or reused.

Installation

1.  Tube Settler Media shall not be subjected to concentrated load.

2.  No fire should be used in the installation of Tube Settler Media area.

3.  The installation of the Tube Settler Media should not make the water flow straight into the Tube Settler Media.
