The raw water enters the filter tank through the water pipe, passes through the filter layer to filter from top to bottom, and then enters the water storage tank. After being filled, it enters the clear water tank through the water outlet pipe. The filter layer continuously keeps suspended matters, causing increased resistance, which causes the water level in the siphon to rise continuously. When the water level reaches the siphon auxiliary tube nozzle, water falls from the tube, and the siphon drops the air through the suction pipe to take away the air When the degree reaches a certain value, a siphon effect occurs and the water is backwashed from the bottom to the top through the filter layer. When the water level of the flushing water tank drops to the siphon damage pipe, air enters the siphon pipe, destroying the siphon effect, the back flushing ends, and the filtration restarts.
Valveless filters are widely used in surface water purification, circulating water side-flow filtration, removal of suspended impurities in production wastewater, and filtration of organic wastewater after biochemical and secondary sedimentation treatment.

Equipment characteristics
The components of the valveless filter include a water inlet system, a water filtration system, a water distribution system flushing system, and the like.
Water inlet system: The double-grid combined water inlet distribution box can not only enter water, but also evenly distribute water.
Water filtration system: The top cover of the filter tank and the bottom of the flushing water tank separates the filtered water from the water to be filtered. The top cover uses a cone of about 15 °, which is conducive to draining the top nozzle of the drainage and confluence through the siphon during backwashing.
Water distribution system: It adopts a small resistance water distribution system, and the water collection area is as high as 500mm so that the flushing water distribution is more uniform.
Flushing system: including flushing water tank, connecting pipe, siphon and so on. The flushing water tank is placed on the top of the filter tank, and the volume of the water tank is determined according to the amount of water required for one filter tank to flush once. The function of the communication pipe is to send the filtered clean water to the flushing water tank during filtering, and send the flushing water to the filter tank during flushing. The important thing in a flushing system is flushing. The rinsing is fully automatic. When siphoning occurs in the siphon, the rinsing will begin. When the air enters the siphon and destroys the siphoning effect, the backwash of the filter will end. Therefore, the siphon is the key in the rinsing process. The use of a siphon auxiliary tube can accelerate the siphon formation. Conversely, in order to completely destroy the siphon, a siphon destruction bucket is set at the bottom of the destruction tube. However, in order to manage the need, a special forced flusher is set up so that flushing is required before the head loss of the filter has reached a maximum value. The wash intensity adjuster controls the wash intensity.
