It is mainly used for conveying powdery, granular, and small bulk materials, and is not suitable for the transport of perishable, sticky, easily agglomerated materials and large materials, because these materials tend to stick to the spiral and rotate along with them, or The phenomenon of blocking material at the bearing of the suspension brings great inconvenience to the material conveying process. The main advantages of the GX screw conveyor are energy saving and significant reduction in consumption. Its head and tail bearings are moved to the outside of the housing. It has good dust-proof sealing, low noise, strong adaptability, convenient operation and maintenance, and inlet and outlet positions. The layout is flexible; the disadvantage is that the power consumption is high, the wear of the parts is fast, and the materials are severely crushed during transportation.
