According To The Shape, The Grille Can Be Divided Into Two Types

According to the shape, the grille can be divided into two kinds of plane and curved grid. The planar grid consists of a grid and a frame. The curved grille can be further divided into fixed curved grille and rotary drum grille. According to the net spacing of the grid bars, it can be divided into three kinds: coarse grid (50~100mm), medium grid (10~40mm), fine grid (1.5~10mm). Plane grille and curved grille can be made into three kinds: coarse, medium and fine. Since the grid is an important facility for physical treatment, the newly designed sewage treatment plant generally uses two grids, coarse and medium, and even three grids: coarse, medium, and fine. According to the slag removal method, the grid can be divided into two types: artificial slag and mechanical slag grate. Artificial residue slag gratings are suitable for small sewage treatment plants. When the amount of grid slag is more than 0.2m3/d, mechanical slag grate should be used to improve workers' labor and sanitation conditions.
Before the sewage treatment system or the water pump, the grille must be set. The amount of suspended solids and floats (collectively referred to as grid slag) that can be trapped by the grid differ greatly depending on the width of the gaps between the grids selected and the nature of the wastewater. The gap width between the grill bars shall meet the following requirements: Before the sewage treatment system, it shall be 16~25mm when using mechanical removal, and 25~40mm when using manual removal; before the pump, it shall be determined according to the requirements of the pump. If the gap width between the pump grille bars is not more than 20mm, the grid can no longer be set before the sewage treatment system. The amount of grid grid slag is related to the gap width between bars: When the gap width between bars is 16~25mm, the grid slag amount is 0.10~0.05m3/103m3 sewage; when the gap width between bars is 25~40mm When the grid slag amount is 0.03~0.01m3/103m3 sewage. After the grille should be set to work table, the table should generally be higher than the upper reaches of the grid 0.5m maximum water level. For artificially cleaned slag grids, the length of the table along the water flow direction is not less than 1.2m, and the length of the mechanical slag grate is not less than 1.5m, and the aisle width on both sides is not less than 0.7m.
