Working mode of drum grille:　　

① The sewage flows through the grid, and the solid matter is blocked by the grid in the grid basket.  　　

② When the cleaning arm with rake teeth moves in a circle, the rake teeth extend into the gaps of the grille basket to take out the solid objects, so as to clean the gaps of the grille.  　　

③ When the cleaning arm is at the 12 o'clock position, the taken-out grid objects are thrown into the funnel located in the drive screw.  　　

④ The cleaning arm moves in a reverse arc circle, and the rake teeth are cleaned when passing through the shakeable scraper.  　　

⑤ The drive screw conveys the grid slag from the funnel area (that is, the screw part in the channel) to the filter slag dehydration area.  　　

⑥ In the compression zone at the upper part of the screw, the grid material is squeezed and dehydrated.  　　

⑦ The dewatered grid slag can be thrown into the container or conveying machinery through the discharge port.  　　

⑧ The squeezed water produced by squeezing is collected in the water collecting jacket and returned to the water channel through a transparent plastic pipe.
