What are the components of an air flotation machine?

Nowadays, the air flotation machine is a new type of equipment which uses floating force principle to deep into the water to let suspended substances float on the surface of the water. If the physical knowledge is used, the pressure of suspended particles is less than that of normal water resources, so that the solid-liquid separation of water resources can be realized. According to the different operation modes of air flotation machine, it can be divided into three different types, including Vortex Cavity Air Floating Machine, Solution Air Floating Machine and Shallow Air Floating Machine, which are suitable for different environments.

(1) Electronic control equipment: By adjusting the power supply control and speed control, it can achieve the state of unmanned management. It is the automatic operation of the air flotation machine to complete each work flow.

(2) Coagulation equipment: Usually before the sewage enters the treatment, by adding a certain amount of coagulation drugs, the drugs and sewage will be fully stirred and evenly mixed during the operation of the sewage pump. Conventional liquid addition does not require the participation of staff, and there is an automatic adding equipment. After the mixture of liquid medicine, the sewage can be discharged into the air flotation machine.

(3) Dissolved gas and releasing equipment: Dissolved gas and releasing equipment of air flotation machine is mainly used to detect the quality of sewage after solid-liquid separation by air flotation machine. A pressure difference is formed between water and gas, which is dissolved by continuous reflux rotation.

(4) Air flotation equipment: due to the addition of liquid medicine, the gas is fully coagulated, and in the process of entering the air flotation machine, the pressure difference will suddenly be released, combined with the suspended matter in sewage, constantly floating on the surface, through the treatment of the air flotation machine, the suspended matter in the upper layer is treated to the sewage tank, and the clean water can be retained.
