If a fault cannot be eliminated in one round, it can be reversed in several rounds until the fault is eliminated. Under special circumstances, the positive and negative inversion failures can not be eliminated many times, so the sewage in the grille well should be pumped out to remove the dirt between the rake and the grille. After that, the machine can run normally.

Troubleshooting methods for grid grids:

1. Remove the safety cover and replace the overload safety pin.

2. Investigate the cause of equipment overload, mainly to see if there is any debris stuck in the harrow chain;

3. If the rake chain is stuck by debris, the machine can start after debris removal.

Daily maintenance of grilles:

1. Weekly inspection of grilles

1) Check whether the electrical circuit and emergency stop function of the equipment are normal;

2)Check whether the equipment is running smoothly and whether there is any abnormal noise.

2. Daily inspection of grilles

1) A calcium grease is added to the bearing seat with an oil gun.

2) Check whether the whole machine is running in balance and whether there is any abnormal noise.

3) Check for tangled debris, and if so, clear immediately.
