The internal part is composed of a releaser, a distributor, a sewage pipe, a water outlet pipe, a sludge tank, a mud scraper system, etc. The releaser is located in the center of the air flotation machine, which is the key part of producing microbubbles. The water outlet pipe is uniformly distributed at the lower part of the tank body, and is connected to the upper part of the tank through a vertical main pipe. The overflow outlet is provided with a water level regulating handle, which is convenient for regulating the water level in the tank. The sludge pipe is installed at the bottom of the tank to discharge the sediment deposited at the bottom of the tank. The upper part of the tank is provided with a sludge tank, on which there is a scraper, and the scraper keeps rotating to continuously scrape the floating sludge into the sludge tank and flow into the sludge tank automatically.
