Technology design of combined stabilization pond for pig wastewater treatment
With the development of animal husbandry, the discharge of livestock wastewater is increasing day by day, and the negative impact on the agricultural ecological environment and water environment is also increasingly serious. According to statistics, the pollution load of a 35000 head large-scale pig production line is equivalent to a town of 100000 people. With the growing scale of breeding, the threat to environmental quality is also increasing. The pollution load of piggery wastewater is high, and the profit level of pig industry is low, so the investment of wastewater treatment project is required to be low, the operation cost is low, and the treatment efficiency is high. As a result, the pollution treatment measures of piggery are difficult to promote, the operation of Piggery wastewater treatment facilities is abnormal, and even the direct discharge of wastewater without treatment is very common, which causes great pollution to the social environment Damage.
Therefore, when choosing the treatment process, it is very important to fully consider the characteristics of high pollution load of pig farm sewage and low profit level of pig industry.
Process selection
The commonly used technology of piggery wastewater treatment is anaerobic aerobic oxidation pond, which adopts reinforced concrete structure, with large investment and high operation cost. In the design, we have carried out the screening and comparison of various processes. Although the process of dosing coagulation, anaerobic contact, anaerobic filter, upflow anaerobic sludge bed, composite anaerobic sludge bed and anaerobic pond have good treatment effect, but the construction cost and operation cost are too high to bear, so we must find a new simple, stable and reliable method.
Therefore, we choose a new type of combined anaerobic and anaerobic stabilization pond treatment process, make full use of the topography of large-scale pig farms, and properly solve the two problems of high pollution load of large-scale pig farms and low profit of pig industry. This process effectively transplants the upflow anaerobic sludge bed to the facultative pond. It has the characteristics of low investment, low operation cost, convenient operation and management, and energy recovery (not recovered at present).
