Structural Characteristics and Working Principle of Slag Scraper

The slag scraper can run automatically. When running to the end point, the slag scraper falls down by means of collision block. At the same time, the slag scraper can automatically switch to run. The slag scraper begins to scrape the liquid slag from one end of the pool to the other end of the pool. When the slag scraper returns to its starting point, it relies on the guide plate of the pool wall to lift the slag scraper with guide wheels. At the same time, it can automatically change direction through the stroke switch to complete a slag scraper journey.

1. The slag scraper adopts truss structure, which considers the stability of the operation of the dredge scraper and is convenient for maintenance and management.

2. The driving mechanism adopts the long axle centralized form with two end-out axles. Two groups of wheels, one is the driving wheel and the other is the driven wheel.

The slag scraper of air floatation tank is a device for cleaning the slag on the surface of air floatation tank.

Because the slag scraper works in the air floatation tank filled with sewage, its position is special and its working environment is bad, it requires simple structure, reliable operation and convenient maintenance. Commonly used slag scrapers are chain type slag scrapers and traveling type slag scrapers.

Working principle

After the sewage enters the air floatation tank, it first passes through the reaction zone, through feeding, makes small suspended particles aggregate into large particles, then enters the contact zone with dissolved air-water. The micro-bubbles in dissolved air-water adhere to the surface of suspended particles, forming flocs with a specific gravity less than water, and then enters the separation zone to make them float out of the water surface and form waste residue. Slag scraper is located above the separation-separation zone. Through reciprocating movement, the waste slag is regularly scraped into the discharging trough and discharged to achieve sewage purification.
