1. Steam sterilization

Principle: microbes are killed by keeping activated carbon at 120 6h. (here is not activated carbon regeneration, but sterilization, activated carbon regeneration needs to be carried out by professional manufacturers).

Process: A, backwash activated carbon filter, anti rinse water, clear and odorless.

B. Washing filter to clear water.

C. Open the vent valve, drain the filter memory water.

D. The top of the low-pressure steam input, so that the filter temperature maintained at 120 C up and down, to maintain 6h.

E. Natural cooling, cooling to 80 C, and depressurization to self heating atmospheric pressure.

F. Backwash the filter, rinse to clear water.

G. Washing filter to clear water.

H. Sterilization finished

Note: steam sterilization requires activated carbon filters to bear temperature and pressure.

2. Ozone sterilization:

Principle: ozone is activated by activated carbon, and after a certain period of time, the activated carbon is decomposed into oxygen.

Process: A, backwash activated carbon filter, anti rinse water, clear and odorless.

B. Washing filter to clear water.

C, ozone is injected into the inlet line.

D, monitoring the ozone concentration of the effluent, the concentration value increased obviously, then stopped the water intake.

E, static filter 24h (minimum 2H).

F, backwash the filter, rinse to clear water.

G, wash filter to clear water.

H, sterilization finished

Attention: ozone sterilization requires active carbon filter to resist oxidation.
