After installation of the membrane tube diffusers, it is necessary to carry out water test in the aeration tank, the water depth submerges the aerator 10-20 cm; start the fan, through aeration detection of each tubular aerator airtightness, if an aerator is not installed tightly, in a short time after the aeration stops, there will be bubbles.

Aerator should be fully aerated for 24 hours before determining the amount of oxygen supplied. Maximal ventilation should be limited to 30m3/ (h/ root). The air entering the aerator must be filtered (oil, dust and volatile matter filtered) and the temperature of the gas entering the human aerator should not be higher than 80 C. If it is higher than this temperature, this requirement should be submitted to the manufacturer.
