Shallow air floatation machine is a kind of solid-liquid separation equipment. Its effective water depth is 400-500mm when it is used, and its hydraulic retention time in the pool is about 3-5 minutes. During the operation of shallow air floatation machine, its purification capacity is large and its surface load is high. The whole equipment occupies a small area and its unit load is light.
In the process of production, all prefabricated components are used for assembly, without operating room, equipment is installed overhead, or multi-layer combination. The separation technology of shallow air flotation machine mainly refers to the air and water under a certain pressure condition, which will make the gas dissolve into the water to a maximum extent and strive to be in a saturated state.
Then, the formed pressure dissolved water is released through decompression to generate a large number of micro bubbles, which are in full contact with the suspended flocs in the water, so that the suspended flocs in the water adhere to the micro bubbles, float to the water surface together with the bubbles, form scum and scrape off scum, so as to purify the water quality.
Shallow air flotation device is a fast air flotation system. On the basis of traditional air flotation theory, it successfully uses the principle of "shallow theory" and "zero speed". Through careful design, it integrates agglomeration, air flotation, skimming, sedimentation and mud scraping. It is an efficient equipment for water purification.
The raw water flows into the central pipe at the bottom of the pool through flocculation and mixing, and the scum on the water surface is collected by the skimmer, and then effectively discharged into the central sludge tank, which is discharged into the matching sludge device. The sludge effectively settled at the bottom of the pool is collected by the scraper to the sludge tank, and the clear water is collected and discharged by the central water collection mechanism.
