Offline cleaning step of reverse osmosis membrane

1. First replace the membrane element to be cleaned on the reverse osmosis system with a spare membrane element with excellent performance to ensure that the reverse osmosis system does not stop running and ensure the continuous stability of the entire production process.

4. Judging the cleaning process based on the user's original water analysis report, performance test results, and the system information that is known.

6. According to the analysis results, determine the required cleaning formula and concentration.

8. Determine the cleaning method and treat all of the above membrane elements.

9. The cleaned membrane element enters the test platform for testing and recording. If it does not meet the requirements, it will be sent back to the cleaning equipment for processing.
