First of all, we should consider the storage time of non-ionic polyacrylamide. The more hydrolysis the reagent, the lower the viscosity and the worse the flocculation effect. Stirring can increase the water-soluble speed of dry polyacrylamide powder, high stirring speed, and cut the molecular chain of polyacrylamide. It is suggested that the stirring speed should be controlled at 60 rpm on-line. It is not possible to use high-strength stirring equipment and fast conveying equipment. Secondly, it can not be irradiated by sunlight for a long time, because the light will increase the temperature, make polyacrylamide dissolve and hydrolyze, and ultraviolet direct irradiation will make water dissolve quickly.
