Precautions when operating the air flotation machine
Mar 09,2022
1. When the flotation tank is put into operation, the equipment should be routinely inspected, and the dissolved air tank and its pipelines should be cleaned several times until there is no particulate impurities in the effluent before installing the release container.
2. Run the slag scraper regularly to remove scum, and establish a slag scraping system that conforms to the actual situation.
3. Check whether the release container is placed horizontally; whether the outflow of released soda water is uniform, whether the released air bubbles are normal, whether the anti-blocking part can work normally, and so on. After the above system is running normally, inject the raw water with coagulant into the flocculation tank.
The flotation machine adjusts the dosage of coagulant in time according to the flocculation in the reaction tank, the scum in the separation area of ??the flotation tank and the changes in the effluent quality.
4. When the water inlet and outlet valve of the pressure vessel in the air flotation machine is running, it should be fully opened to avoid the pressure drop caused by the throttling of the water outlet valve, and the air bubbles will be released in advance and enlarged in the pipeline. In order to prevent the pressure water from pouring back, the pressure of the air compressor should be higher than the pressure of the dissolved air tank, and a check valve should be installed on the intake pipe.
5. When entering the slag scraping link, in order to make the slag discharge smooth, the water level in the pool can be slightly raised, and the slag scraping cycle can be selected based on the thickness of the scum accumulation and the moisture content of the scum. If it is found that the slag surface of the air flotation separation area of ??the air flotation machine often has large bubbles bulging or bursting , corresponding measures should be taken . 7. When the water temperature of the air flotation machine is low and affects the coagulation effect, the method of increasing the dosage can be used to make up for the reduction of the floating performance of the flocculent with air due to the increase of the viscosity of the water flow, so as to ensure the water quality of the effluent.
