Operation and troubleshooting of self cleaning filter

Normal operation:
1) Open the inlet and outlet valves of the filter.
2) Open the upper exhaust valve of the filter, clear the filter air and close it.
3) Filter running for a period of time, with the accumulation of filter residue, the outlet pressure will drop, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet will form, when the pressure difference reaches 0.05 Mpa, the filter will automatically backwash, so that the filter returns to normal.
4) The outlet pressure of the filter must be 0.25Mpa, so that the filter can be washed back normally.
5) When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches 0.5 Mpa and the filter does not wash back automatically, the filter should be forced to wash back manually to make it return to normal.
6) To observe whether the filter backwash is normal, the piston and backwash motor should be checked whether the action, sewage discharge is normal.
7) Close the filter inlet and outlet valves.
8) Stop the filter power and return to zero.
9) When plugging in the power supply, we should pay attention to keeping the hands dry, and at the same time, we should keep part of the electronic controller dry during the working process of the filter.
Failure phenomena and Countermeasures:
Packing gland and stuffing box seal leakage.
If leakage is found here, the reason may be bolts, nuts are not tightened, packing damage, inspection equipment should follow the following steps: the leakage may be due to the nut is not tightened, tighten the connection between packing cover and packing box nut,
If there is still water leakage here after screwing the nut, the reason should be that the sealing packing ring has been damaged, the packing should be replaced in time, at this time should follow the following steps: Close the filter inlet and outlet, start a manual cleaning sewage, to release the pressure in the filter, open the ball valve by-pass, empty the filter water, Then close the ball valve; disconnect the power supply; remove the corresponding parts, replace the seal packing ring, replace the removed parts reset.
The flange and the flange seal leakage.
This leakage may be due to the nut not tightened, first check whether there is a spring washer under the nut, if so tighten the nut connecting the flange cover and the main flange; if tighten the nut there is still leakage, because the gasket has been damaged, follow the following steps to replace the gasket: close the filter in Water outlet, start a manual cleaning sewage, to release pressure in the filter. Disconnect the power supply, remove the corresponding parts, replace the sealing gasket, replace the parts removed after replacement.
3. Leakage at the control pipe interface: tighten the corresponding wire, if the leakage continues, should replace the corresponding jacket connector.
4. When you turn on the power supply and press the power switch, it is found that the indicator light is not on. Please check whether the power supply is on, whether the power switch is on, whether the power socket is plugged in, whether the circuit breaker is in a closed state. If there is no problem, please check the voltage at both ends of the indicator light again, if there is electricity, indicating that the indicator light is broken, please. Change the indicator lamp; if there is no electricity, check the button indicator lamp button at both ends of the connection is electricity, if there is electricity, check the connection to the indicator lamp is broken. If there is no electricity, please change the button indicator.
5. When the buzzer sends out the alarm signal, first check whether the central control unit of the control system has electricity, that is, whether the liquid crystal display on it is lit. If there is no electricity, the motor protection switch has been activated, then check whether the motor is overheated, three-phase alternating current whether there is a short circuit phenomenon, after troubleshooting, first in the manual state of sewage, normal work, the machine will switch to the automatic state to work.
Explanation: If the control unit is electrified, the filter has been discharged four times in five minutes. The reason for this phenomenon may be: the differential pressure switch signal is wrong, the filter has not discharged normally during the filtration. At this time, the fault reason should be found out in time, troubleshooting before the machine can continue to work.
6. The filter does not alarm and can not discharge normally.
When this happens, pl check whether the manual state is normal. If the manual state can not normal sewage, check the motor protection switches, AC contactors, motors, solenoid valves, as well as the quality of the connection between them, if there is a fault, please troubleshoot the machine to work. If the manual state can discharge sewage normally, and the automatic state can not discharge sewage normally, please check the central control unit input and output lines and connecting elements whether there is a break phenomenon. If there is no fault, please connect the two wires of the differential switch to see if there is any blowdown.
7. After the completion of the sewage period, the hydraulic control valve can not be closed.
Check whether the wiring of the electric control box is faulty.
If there is no fault in the electric control box, check whether the hydraulic control valve is out of order.
