Characteristics of microporous bubble diffuser:

1. EPDM is used for rubber membrane tube. Compared with general rubber membrane, EPDM has the characteristics of ozone resistance, acid and alkali resistance, heat resistance and chemical stability, which can greatly improve its service life.

Precautions for microporous bubble diffuser:

1. To prevent oil mist from entering the air supply system and avoid using the air source with oil mist, centrifugal fan is preferred.

2. The air inlet of the fan must be equipped with air filtration device. It is better to use electrostatic precipitator to minimize the content of suspended particles in the air.

3. When the steel pipe is used as the gas transmission pipe, the inner wall shall be strictly anti-corrosion treated. The gas distribution pipe and pipe fittings in the aeration tank shall be made of ABS or UPVC and other high-strength plastic pipes. Expansion joints shall be set at the joint of steel pipe and plastic pipe.

4. The microporous aerator is generally distributed at the bottom of the tank. The distance between the microporous aerator and the tank wall is more than 200 mm. The distance between the gas distribution pipes is 300-750 mm. The length width ratio of the aerator with microporous aerator is (8-16): 1.

5. The surface elevation difference of microporous aerator in the whole tank shall not exceed ± 5iilln, and after installation, it shall be filled with clear water for calibration. During the operation, the gas should not be stopped for more than 4 hours, otherwise, the sewage in the tank should be emptied, filled with 1 m deep clear water or secondary sedimentation tank effluent, and aeration should be continued with small air volume.
