When the friction of the track increases to a certain level, the decontamination rake will automatically turn over and lose its decontamination function. After inspection, the tightness of the wire rope is normal, and there is no insufficient level of the wire rope. Preliminary judgment is that the track is uneven or there are debris stuck on the guide wheel. The mechanical grill cannot go up and down due to the slack rope alarm and over-torque protection. The staff slightly adjusted the limit value of the over-torque protection device. After the mechanical grille is successfully raised in place, use a ladder to rise to -4.2m , and find rust on the inside of the track . Use a scraper to remove the rust on the inside of the track, and try the mechanical grille again to eliminate the fault.
