Mechanical grille decontamination equipment features

The mechanical grille decontamination equipment is a grille that can be disassembled continuously and automatically. It consists of many identical tine parts assembled into a tine chain with a closed schematic diagram of a rotating mechanical grille. Driven by the motor and the reducer, a group of pulleys and chains form a continuous circular motion from top to bottom, so as to achieve the purpose of continuously removing the grating. When the rake tooth chain runs to the upper and rear parts of the equipment, the parallel rake tooth rows will be misaligned due to the guiding action of the sprocket and the curved rail, so that the solid dirt falls into the slag groove due to its own weight. When the dirt has come off clean, this mesh can easily carry the dirt into the channels behind the mesh.
When the wire rope pulls the mechanical grid of the drum to work, the wire rope driving device releases the rope, the scraper descends along the guide rail from the high position (the end of the previous cycle of skimming), and the skimming plate descends with the scraper under the action of its own weight. After the skimmer is reset, the scraper is pulled apart by the middle wire rope, and continues to descend under the push of the opening and closing rake device (electric push rod) until it reaches the lower limit of the passage. After the rake teeth are inserted into the grid gap, the wire rope drive device retracts the rope, further forcing the scraper and the trolley to go up the guide rail after the scraper is completely closed to clean the grid slag until it touches the skimmer. Under the relative movement of the two, the grid slag is skimmed out and falls into the slag groove through the slag guide plate to complete a working cycle.
