1 ) Before commissioning the water inlet, firstly, use compressed air or high-pressure water to repeatedly purge and clean the pipeline and dissolved air tank until there are no particles that are easily blocked, and then install the dissolved air release device.

2 ) A one-way valve should be installed on the water inlet pipe to prevent pressure water from pouring back into the air compressor. Before commissioning, check whether the direction of the check valve on the official road between the dissolved air tank and the air compressor points to the dissolved air tank. In actual operation, wait for the outlet pressure of the air compressor to be greater than the pressure of the dissolved air tank, and then open the valve on the compressed air pipeline to inject air into the dissolved air tank.

3 ) First debug the pressure vessel system and the vessel release system with clean water, and then inject sewage into the reaction tank after the system runs normally.

4 ) The water outlet valve of the pressure dissolved air tank is fully opened to prevent the air bubbles from being released and merged in advance due to the obstruction of the water flow at the water outlet valve.

5 ) Control the water outlet regulating valve or adjustable weir plate of the air flotation tank, and stabilize the water level of the air flotation tank at 5-10cm below the slag collecting notch .

6 ) After the scum has accumulated to 5-8cm , start the slag scraper to scrape the slag, and at the same time check whether the slag scraping and slag discharge are normal, and whether the effluent quality is normally affected.
