1. Staffing:

The operator must hold the operation card and operate by the special person. Ordinary operators should be approved by the manufacturer for training.

2. Operation before boot.

1) overhaul the filter, check the connection and coordination of the components, whether the tightness is suitable or not.

2) Confirm that the power source has been connected.

3） confirm that the original pump is normal.

4） Confirm that the control box is normal.

5） Barrier free around filter.

3. Boot operation:

A, the filter starts to run. Close the filter inlet valve separately and filter outlet valve. Open the filter by-pass valve, wait for water flow through the by-pass valve 1-5 minutes, open the filter inlet and outlet valves, and then close the by-pass valve. The operation of the filter and anti cleaning pressure are regulated by the outlet valve. The water pressure should be kept above 0.28MPa when anti washing, so as to achieve the best cleaning effect.

B. anti cleaning operation. When the filter runs for a certain period of time, the filter residue will plug the filter gap, resulting in a differential pressure between the inlet and outlet pipes of the filter. The value of pressure difference can be observed from the inlet and outlet pressure gauges. When the pressure difference reaches 0.05 Mpa, or when the filtering time reaches 5.0 h, the automatic backwashing is carried out. If the differential pressure is maintained after the filter is cleaned, a process should be closed by closing the outlet valve.

C．and backwashing operation are automatic operation, but the actual operation results should be checked.

D. In order to ensure the best cleaning effect of the disc filter, the outlet pressure of the filter should be kept above 3.2 MPa. Or when the filter is being cleaned, the water pressure should be maintained for more than 2.8 MPa. If the effluent pressure does not meet the requirements, the pressure valve should be installed at the filter outlet to ensure that the pressure requirement (0.3 MPa) is met during cleaning.

4. downtime operation:

A． in special or necessary circumstances, in order to prevent equipment rotation due to some reason, the power source should be turned off.

B． before stopping, the 1 process should be manually cleaned, and the filter screen should be kept clean so that dirt can be fouled.

C． after shutting down, shut down the inlet and outlet valves of the filter in time.

D. When the filter fails and is forced to shut down, the bypass pipeline valve must be opened to ensure smooth water.

5. safety precautions:

(1) Users should use and check according to regulations.

(2) During the operation of equipment, the irrelevant personnel must not approach the equipment.

(3) When the equipment is running, it is not allowed to break or bend the drain line.

(4) Abnormal phenomena should be detected and stopped immediately.

(5) When dealing with equipment failure, it is necessary to shut down, power down and hang up the "no closing" brand.
