Machining wastewater
The main process of mechanical processing wastewater treatment is "physicochemical + biochemical treatment". The main pollutants produced in the process are oily sludge and waste oil produced in the physicochemical treatment stage and excess activated sludge produced in the biochemical treatment stage. Therefore, different types of pollutants should be collected and disposed of separately.
The sludge treated biochemical excess sludge is discharged into the biochemical sludge pond and can be transported to the outside after dewatering by plate and frame. Physicochemical sludge is mainly produced by air flotation tank, which is discharged into the physicochemical sludge tank and then filtered by plate and frame pressure. The filtrate is oil-water mixture, discharged into the sewage tank. After net stratification, the lower water is discharged into the comprehensive wastewater treatment tank. The upper oil is discharged into the waste oil tank. The oil residue filtered by plate and frame pressure can be mixed into the coal for incineration treatment.
Waste oil from waste oil treatment consists of two parts. Waste oil from sludge treatment is stored in waste oil tank. Another part is emulsified concentrated liquid filtered by ceramic membrane. This part of waste oil has high water content and needs to be treated by demulsification tank. The treated concentrated liquid is separated into three parts: waste oil, sludge and wastewater. Sludge is discharged into physicochemical sludge tank, wastewater discharging oil cloth washing wastewater regulating tank and waste oil regulating tank. After discharging into the waste oil tank, it will be reused.
