These three failure modes can be avoided by reasonable selection, correct selection of materials and strict quality control. Therefore, the service life of aerator is longer, up to 8-10 years.

Practical application of aerator

    The fixed dynamic aerator has a long-term maintenance due to its low oxygen utilization rate, which is difficult to maintain and has a long service life. Because of its high oxygen utilization rate and convenient maintenance, the rocker microporous aerator is widely used in the primary biochemical system with large production load and poor sewage quality; it is commonly used in negative pressure production. With two-stage biochemical system, the sewage treatment capacity is low and the quality is good.
