The connection pipe between the sewage inlet and the reaction tank shall be as short as possible to prevent the floc from being damaged in the pipe. The sludge outlet can be connected to the sludge tank or sludge treatment equipment; the air flotation machine needs to be equipped with a sewer for cleaning, which can be dug into an open channel, or can be directly connected to the regulating tank by pipeline, so as to facilitate the water flushing the air flotation tank to be discharged.

In addition to the installation work to be completed carefully, the preparation work before the use of the air flotation machine should not be sloppy. First, clean all impurities and welding slag in the pool; lubricate the water pump and air compressor and other parts requiring lubrication, and check that all parts of the device are normal and stable.

Then turn on the power, start the dissolved air pump, and check whether the steering direction is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow. Start the air compressor with manual control, check whether the air compressor operates normally, and find out the cause in time in case of any abnormality. Press the slag scraper switch of truss car type. After operation, under the action of stroke bumping block, the slag scraper moves reversely until the sludge tank, stroke bumping block turns the scraper up, press the stop button to stop scraping.

In addition, it is necessary to adjust the dosing device to a good state to separate the sewage from the suspended solids. In this way, the application requirements of the air flotation machine can be met, the working efficiency can be brought into full play, and the sewage can also be purified to meet the requirements of environmental protection.
