Each oblique filler is packed as a separate ironing unit according to the ironing method of oblique filler. One unit is 1 m2 after ironing. After ironing, it is stacked neatly on the site.

The filler unit after hot bonding is assembled from left to right on the upper part of the filler support. Always keep the 60 degree angle unchanged, when assembling, it should be properly pressed. If the size is not right when assembling to the right side, it needs to be assembled according to the size after ironing with the filler of the oblique tube of the loose pieces until all are in place.

The two ends of the round steel are fixed reliably on the wall of the sedimentation tank. 6. Operation and commissioning of inclined tube sedimentation tank

(1) Check whether the inlet water is uniform or not, so as not to impact the inclined pipe sedimentation tank and affect the sedimentation effect;

(2) Adjust the height and level of the outlet weir trough to a suitable level to maintain uniform outlet water;
