The aeration pipes should be installed on the same level with a height difference of 2 cm and a spacing of 0.5 to 21 m. Its air pipe is made of hard plastic water supply pipe with outer diameter of 110 or 89 and wall thickness of 4~5mm. The tubular aerator is provided with a 40mm inflation hole at the corresponding installation of the tube aerator, and the hole is opened directly above the air pipe, and the drilling requirement is smooth. The air pipe is fixed to the bottom of the pool by an adjustable lifting bracket, and the aerator is placed at the inflation hole of the air pipe, and the aerator is fastened to the air pipe by a special T-bolt.

After the installation of the tube aerator system is completed, the water test is carried out in the aeration tank, and the water depth submerges the aerator 10-20 cm. Start the fan and check the tightness of each aerator by aeration. If an aerator is not installed tightly, after a short aeration stop, air bubbles will appear in the tight place.

Before measuring the oxygen supply, the aerator should be fully aerated for 24 hours, and the maximum ventilation should be limited to 30m3/(h/root). The air of the inlet aerator must be filtered. The temperature of the gas entering the aerator should not exceed 80 °C. If the aeration tank is not used immediately after installation and commissioning, please inject at least about 1 m into the aeration tank.
