in the use of spray paint exhaust gas treatment equipment

    1. If the materials used for spraying exhaust gas treatment equipment and pipes are plastics that are prone to static electricity, and static electricity is more likely to be generated at right angles and tees, antistatic measures should be taken. It is recommended to use insulating materials and antistatic materials. During the design and installation of the pipeline, a certain slope should be considered to facilitate the drainage of the effusion and avoid the secondary explosion caused by excessive residual mixture of the effusion. If necessary, the pipeline should be cleaned regularly. Fire arresters are installed on the exhaust branch pipes of each workshop to prevent the fire from spreading in an accident. The exhaust pipe should be made of stainless steel in order to better eliminate the static electricity of the exhaust pipe;

    2. Fans should be used for paint spray exhaust gas treatment equipment. Pay attention to the usual maintenance to prevent oil loss and desoldering and prevent metal friction from generating high heat and sparks.

     3, PP material is flammable. The spray tower made of PP material can use submersible sewage pump or centrifugal pump as much as possible. The motor should be as far away from the tower as possible. If the pump body of the submerged pump is caught by foreign objects, it will cause the motor to heat up. If there is a problem with the circuit, the switch will cause the motor to fire if the switch does not jump, which will cause the PP spray tower to catch fire. Therefore, it is necessary to eliminate the aging and short circuit of the circuit;

     4. UV photocatalysis is suitable for low-concentration exhaust gas. The cause of the fire is mainly due to the accumulation of exhaust gas in the pipeline, resulting in high exhaust gas concentration. After the power is turned on, sparks and explosions will occur due to electrical problems with the line. Therefore, the fan should be turned on 10 minutes before the photo-oxygen equipment is turned on. After the concentration of the exhaust gas in the pipeline is reduced, the photo-oxygen equipment is turned on to prevent fire.

     5. Plasma fires and explosions mostly cause sparks due to electric field short circuit and arcs generated by high voltage to ignite exhaust gas, so plasma is suitable for processing low concentration exhaust gas. And the equipment should take out the plasma equipment-grade electrode assembly every month for comprehensive cleaning, and every three months to half a year (the period is half a year), all the electrodes of the plasma equipment should be extracted for comprehensive cleaning once;

     6. The reason for the explosion of RTO is mainly that the intake air concentration and the intake air volume are higher than the design, which leads to a sharp rise in the temperature of the combustion chamber in a short time. The mixture of high temperature exhaust gas and high concentration organic exhaust gas will cause the RTO exhaust port to explode. Installing a flame arrester will cause ignition of the intake duct;

     7. If the spray paint exhaust gas treatment equipment uses activated carbon adsorption process or activated carbon adsorption desorption catalytic combustion process, the temperature of the activated carbon box should be controlled to avoid causing the phenomenon of activated carbon self-ignition. Adsorption and desorption catalytic combustion process should be equipped with nitrogen protection function
