The aerator is divided into ceramic aerator, rubber aerator and plastic aerator according to materials. According to its shape, it can be divided into bell aerator, long strip aerator and round pipe aerator. In addition, there are fixed double helix, double ring umbrella and jet aerator. The smaller the bubble in the compressed air of the aerator, the more uniform the oxygen distribution, the better the aeration effect. This paper introduces a membrane aerator. Its structure is shown in Figure 1, and its working principle is:

The compressed air is input from the air pipe 6 and passes through the through hole 7. It is aerated through the microporous inner wall of the membrane of the air delivery channel 4 to 2 and the diffusion through the membrane hole. Film 2 includes 8 supporting frames 1, 2 and 3 parts, 4 of which are fixed on air duct 6 by locking pins.

The main materials of the inflation head are: the support frame 1 is engineering plastic, the membrane 2 is rubber, and the clamp 8 is stainless steel.

The main features of the aerator are as follows:

1. The structure is reasonable, the installation is convenient and fast, the air pressure is inflated on the air pipe hole, and the locking pin 5 is fastened.

2. The aeration effect is good, the membrane 2 is thin rubber, it has microporous aeration uniformity, it can.

3. The maintenance is convenient. When the micropores of membrane 2 work continuously for two years, just remove the clamp, replace the new rubber membrane, and clamp the clamp 8 with special pliers.

4. The support is made of engineering plastics, and its continuous service life is about 20 years.

The following problems should be paid attention to when using the aerator:

1. Check whether the installation and air duct contact type 0 seal ring have good compressed air pressure, otherwise the loss is too large.

2. Since the inflation materials are rubber and engineering materials, they shall be immersed in 1 meter deep water in time after installation, and shall not be directly exposed to the sun, otherwise their life will be directly affected.

3. Before installing the aeration head, the impurities in the compressed air pipeline system, such as welding slag and sand, must be removed from the tank, otherwise the micropores of the membrane will be blocked.
