How to select fine bubble in Steel plant wastewater treatment
Aug 31,2018
According to the planning requirements of Xuzhou Huahong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., a sewage treatment and recycling system is planned to be constructed. The sewage treatment system mainly treats the whole plant's comprehensive sewage and part of domestic sewage, and the treated water is used in the plant area. The treatment system is divided into pre-treatment and deep treatment. The conventional treatment system design has a water intake of 700t/h, and the reused treatment water volume is 100t/h (100t/h×4 sets). In the return water, the amount of RO effluent water is 100 t/h × 2 sets.
Construction scale
According to the information provided by the owner, the scale of the sewage treatment plant is 700m3/h. The pre-treatment effluent scale is 700m3/h, and the deep treatment station is 200m3/h (100t/h×2 sets) according to the final effluent production.
Process selection analysis According to the characteristics of the owner's comprehensive wastewater, the main pollutants in the water are SS, COD and dissolved salts. At present, domestic steel mills generally adopt the process combination of pretreatment + main unit, that is, the "pretreatment + deep treatment" sewage treatment and reuse process.
Main process
This project adopts the relatively mature “sedimentation tank + V-type filter” process.
(1) High density clarifier
It consists of a front concrete pool, a high density clarifier tank and a post-coagulation tank. The high-density clarifier has one set and the treatment capacity is 700m3/h.
A1 high density clarifier
The effluent from the front coagulation tank is efficiently precipitated through a high-density clarifier to achieve muddy water separation.
Selection of Fine bubble diffuser for Steel plant wastewater treatment
Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser Introduction
1.The Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser consists of a rubber diaphragm, several air flow guiding grooves, a chassis support and a spiral gland.
2.The diaphragm is made of high quality rubber raw material and installed on the chassis bracket.
Technical parameters
Working principle of Fine Bubble Diffuser
The chassis support is the support of the diaphragm, which is arched. The upper part of the chassis support is provided with eight air diversion grooves which are distributed around the center to ensure that the air is evenly distributed. The spiral cap joins the lower part of the chassis support to the chassis support. The diaphragm is fixed on the chassis support. The chassis support and the spiral cap are molded by quality ABS engineering plastics.
