How to select fine bubble in Shale oil refinery wastewater advanced processing
Aug 25,2018
I. Overview
This project is the sewage deep treatment device of the shale oil refinery plant under the Fushun Mining Bureau. After the raw water is pretreated by the existing equipment of Party A, the advanced treatment equipment designed by this scheme meets the discharge standard.
2. The scale of sewage treatment
1. Design processing capacity: 150m3/h
2. Influent water quality: COD: 120mg/L
BOD: 15-30mg/L
Ammonia nitrogen: 30mg/L
Total nitrogen: 60mg/L
3. effluent water quality:
COD: ≤50mg/L
Ammonia nitrogen: ≤5mg/L
Total nitrogen: ≤10mg/L
3. Flow chart
Second settling tank effluent→Ozone catalytic oxidation tank→BAF (DN pool)→BAF (C pool)→Discharge or reuse
4.Process Description
The sewage is subjected to ozone catalytic oxidation to decompose macromolecular organic compounds, long-chain and ring-packed macromolecular substances in wastewater, remove some COD, improve the biodegradability of sewage, reduce the color of sewage, and then enter the BAF biofilter (DN pool). Here, mixed with the water from the BAF biofilter (C pool), under the action of denitrifying bacteria, remove the total nitrogen in the sewage, while reducing part of the COD, and finally enter the BAF biofilter (C pool), further Reduce the COD, ammonia and other pollutants in the sewage, and discharge or reuse the standard.
Selection of Fine bubble diffuser for Shale oil refinery wastewater advanced processing
Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser Introduction
1.The Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser consists of a rubber diaphragm, several air flow guiding grooves, a chassis support and a spiral gland.
2.The diaphragm is made of high quality rubber raw material and installed on the chassis bracket.
Technical parameters
Working principle of Fine Bubble Diffuser
The chassis support is the support of the diaphragm, which is arched. The upper part of the chassis support is provided with eight air diversion grooves which are distributed around the center to ensure that the air is evenly distributed. The spiral cap joins the lower part of the chassis support to the chassis support. The diaphragm is fixed on the chassis support. The chassis support and the spiral cap are molded by quality ABS engineering plastics.
