Sewage basic data
1The maximum pick-up capacity is 50 people per day, and the sewage discharge is 50m3/d.
The amount of water inflow is 1 ton / hour, and the daily external displacement is 24m3
The designed sewage volume is 75m3/d
2. Sewage water quality (provided by Party A):
It has a sulphur flavor and is designed to exceed the sulfur content.
3.Emission standards:
the national sewage comprehensive discharge standard first-class standard and urban miscellaneous water quality standards
PH: 6-9
CODcr: 60mg/l
SS: 1mg/l
Sewage treatment volume and process
Design processing capacity: 75m3/d;
This design uses A/O biochemical treatment process, the process is as follows:
Sewage grid------ A/O ------pool secondary settling tank------ clear water tank ------desulfurization unit ------discharge
Design Notes:
The sewage is removed by the grille to remove large particles, and the sewage treated by the grid directly enters the A/O pool. The A/O contains an anaerobic tank, a contact oxidation tank, a sedimentation tank, and a sludge tank. In the anaerobic tank, biochemical treatment is carried out. In the anaerobic tank, due to the high concentration of organic matter in the sewage, the microorganisms are in anoxic state. At this time, the microorganisms are facultative microorganisms, and they have two main effects on the sewage. One is hydrolysis and acidification, that is, the macromolecular organic matter in the water passes through the organism. Enzymatic action, degradation into small molecular organic matter that is easy to decompose, and second, denitrification, that is, the process of reducing nitrate nitrogen in water to nitrogen by using an organic carbon source.
Selection of Fine bubble diffuser for in hot spring water treatment
Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser Introduction
1.The Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser consists of a rubber diaphragm, several air flow guiding grooves, a chassis support and a spiral gland.
2.The diaphragm is made of high quality rubber raw material and installed on the chassis bracket.
Technical parameters
Working principle of Fine Bubble Diffuser
The chassis support is the support of the diaphragm, which is arched. The upper part of the chassis support is provided with eight air diversion grooves which are distributed around the center to ensure that the air is evenly distributed. The spiral cap joins the lower part of the chassis support to the chassis support. The diaphragm is fixed on the chassis support. The chassis support and the spiral cap are molded by quality ABS engineering plastics.
