How to select fine bubble in Constructed wetland sewage treatment
Aug 29,2018
Purification mechanism of constructed wetlands:
For SS: After the wetland system matures, the filler surface and plant roots will form a biofilm due to the growth of a large number of microorganisms. When wastewater flows through the biofilm, a large amount of SS is blocked by the filler and plant roots.
For organic matter: organic pollutants are removed by absorption, assimilation and dissimilation of biofilms.
For N, P: in the wetland system, due to the release of oxygen from plant roots, aerobic, anoxic and anaerobic conditions occur in the surrounding environment, ensuring that nitrogen and phosphorus in wastewater can not only be used as nutrients through plants and microorganisms. Absorbed, and can also be removed by nitrification, denitrification, and finally the wetland system replaces the filler or harvests the plant to eventually remove the contaminants.
Sewage water quality
According to the general range of urban domestic sewage water quality, the water quality of domestic sewage can be considered as follows: COD250~350mg/l (the intermediate value of the project is 300mg/l, which needs to be monitored and verified); BOD 150-250 mg/1 (take the intermediate value of 200 mg/1) ); SS 200-300 mg/1 (item 250 mg/1 for the project); NH3-N 30-40 mg/1 (with intermediate value 35 mg/1), P 8-10 mg/l (maximum 10) Mg/1); water volume is designed according to 5000m3/d.
Water demand
The final effluent of domestic sewage is expected to enter the irrigation and drainage channel, which meets the requirements of Class IV water bodies in the Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard. Therefore, the constructed wetland effluent should implement the secondary standard in the second period of the Water Pollution Discharge Limit;
COD 100mg/l;
BOD 30 mg/1;
SS 30 mg/1;
NH3-N 15 mg/1,
P 1 mg/1.
Selection of Fine bubble diffuser for in Constructed wetland sewage treatment
Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser Introduction
1.The Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser consists of a rubber diaphragm, several air flow guiding grooves, a chassis support and a spiral gland.
2.The diaphragm is made of high quality rubber raw material and installed on the chassis bracket.
Technical parameters
Working principle of Fine Bubble Diffuser
The chassis support is the support of the diaphragm, which is arched. The upper part of the chassis support is provided with eight air diversion grooves which are distributed around the center to ensure that the air is evenly distributed. The spiral cap joins the lower part of the chassis support to the chassis support. The diaphragm is fixed on the chassis support. The chassis support and the spiral cap are molded by quality ABS engineering plastics.
