Yuming County is a large vegetable producing county. In 2014, the vegetable planting area was 90,500 mu, with an annual output of 600,000 tons of vegetables and 150-200,000 tons of vegetable waste. Except for a small number (20%) of these wastes used for livestock and poultry feed and composting, most (80%) are piled up in the field or pulled into landfills for landfill, resulting in huge waste of resources and environmental pollution. Therefore, the purpose of the present embodiment is to provide a new idea for solving the problem of resource utilization and environmental pollution of vegetable waste in Yuming County, and to play a demonstration role in the development of biomass energy and organic agriculture in Yuming County

This project selects the surrounding area of the sewage treatment plant in Xiaoxinjie Village, Niulanjiang Town, Yuming County as the construction site of the project, and collects the vegetable waste (120t/d) in the surrounding cold storage for resource utilization. The overall idea of resource utilization is biogas fermentation + organic fertilizer. In terms of biogas fermentation, in order to reduce investment and operating costs, a CSTR (Continious Stirred-Tank Reactor) + IC (Internal Circulation) process route is adopted to achieve efficient fermentation. In the production of organic fertilizer, the biogas slurry is transported to the field storage tank of the vegetable base through the pipeline, and is regularly applied according to the fertilizer requirement of the vegetable; the biogas residue is processed into solid organic fertilizer by solid-liquid separation, granulation and drying. In addition to the energy used by the project itself, the biogas is mainly supplied to the nearby sewage treatment plant, the nearby Niulan River water pump and the aerator. The biogas slurry is mainly supplied to the surrounding vegetable greenhouse fertilizer, and the solid organic fertilizer is mainly supplied to the fertilizer planting base in Yuming County.

Vegetable processing enterprises, wastewater mainly comes from washing, cooking, sugar immersion and other production processes, as well as washing and washing water for the ground and equipment. The wastewater has the following characteristics: 1 The production wastewater is seasonally discharged, and the water volume changes greatly; 2 The production wastewater is biochemical Good performance, BOD5 / COD is close to 0. 6; 3 Comprehensive wastewater SS content is high; if direct discharge will have a bad impact on the surrounding environment.

Process selection

When selecting the sewage treatment process, the actual effect of the treatment process should be considered first. The removal effect of the treatment process must meet the requirements of the sewage treatment degree, so that the effluent quality of the sewage treatment plant can reach the standard. Second, we must also consider the reliability and stability of the process. Because the sewage is constantly changing, with different production batches, different production varieties, different production quantities, etc., there will be certain changes in the water quality and quantity, so a stable and reliable process is required. Under the premise of ensuring compliance, the economic indicators of the process should be considered. The technology of low investment and low operating cost is the first choice of people. In addition, the small land occupation, short process flow and convenient operation and management are also issues that should be paid attention to when selecting a process.

Process flow introduction

The wastewater is collected from the workshop through the pipeline inside the plant and flows into the sewage treatment station. The suspended matter and impurities in the wastewater are removed by the grille, and then the pre-exposure adjustment tank is flowed into the water to adjust the water volume, and the pre-aeration system is set in the pool to remove some organic matter in the sewage. Then, it is lifted to the hydrolysis acidification tank by the sewage pump to decompose the macromolecular organic matter into small molecular organic matter, improve the biodegradability of the wastewater, and then flow into the biological contact oxidation tank, and completely degrade under the oxygenation condition through the metabolism of the microorganism in the pool. CODcr, BOD5. The effluent enters the sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation, and the supernatant liquid is discharged to the standard.

A part of the sludge in the sedimentation tank is returned to the biological contact oxidation tank, and the excess sludge is pumped into the sludge concentration tank, concentrated by gravity, pumped into the plate and frame filter press, and transported by the mechanical dewatering.
