How to make air flotation run smoothly

In order to make the air flotation run smoothly, first of all, according to the flocculation of the reaction pool, the scum in the air flotation area and the quality of the effluent water, pay attention to adjust the parameters such as the dosage of coagulant, especially to prevent the blockage of the dosing pipe. Check the water level indicator pipe of the air dissolving tank frequently to make it controlled within a certain range to ensure the air dissolving effect and avoid damaging the water purification effect and scum layer due to the water level of the air dissolving tank becoming empty, leading to a large amount of air rushing into the air flotation tank.

For those equipped with automatic liquid level control device of air dissolving tank, attention shall be paid to the maintenance of the equipment; the packing and lubrication system of air compressor and water pump of air floatation machine shall be checked regularly, and oil shall be added frequently. In winter when the water temperature is too low, due to the poor flocculation effect, in addition to the usual need to increase the dosage, sometimes it is necessary to increase the dissolved water volume or the dissolved air pressure, so that more microbubbles adhere to the flocs, so as to make up for the impact of the increase of the water viscosity on the floatation performance of the flocs with air, so as to ensure the normal water quality.

Observe the surface of the air flotation tank frequently. If the surface of the scum in the contact area is uneven, large bubbles or unstable water flow appear locally, remove the releaser to remove the blockage; if the surface of the scum in the separation area is uneven, and large bubbles often break on the surface of the tank, it indicates that the bubbles and flocs do not adhere well. Check and adjust the coagulation system or take appropriate measures.

There is a component in the air flotation device called the air flotation tank, which is a circular steel structure. It is the main body and core of the sewage treatment unit, and the internal part is composed of the releaser, the distributor, the sewage pipe, the outlet pipe, the sludge tank, the mud scraper system, etc. The releaser is located in the center of the air flotation machine, which is the key part of producing microbubbles.

The solution air water from the air dissolving tank in the air dissolving floatation machine is fully mixed with the waste water here, which is released suddenly, generating violent agitation and eddy current, forming microbubbles with a diameter of about 20-80um, so that the flocculate adhered to the water rises, and the clear water is completely separated. The air floatation tank of dissolved air floatation machine is mainly used to distribute the separated clear water and sludge in the tank.

The water outlet pipe is uniformly distributed at the lower part of the tank body, and is connected to the upper part of the tank through a vertical main pipe. The overflow outlet is provided with a water level regulating handle, which is convenient for regulating the water level in the tank. The sludge pipe is installed at the bottom of the tank to discharge the sediment deposited at the bottom of the tank. The upper part of the tank is provided with a sludge tank, on which there is a scraper, and the scraper keeps rotating to continuously scrape the floating sludge into the sludge tank and flow into the sludge tank automatically.
