The first is the preparation before commissioning, such as cleaning up irrelevant debris, checking whether the pump and air compressor are blocked, and checking whether the bearings are running well and whether lubricants need to be added when they are not electrified. It can switch on the power supply and start the pump to observe whether the rotating aroma of the air flotation machine is in accordance with the direction indicated by the arrow. If it is found to be inconsistent, it is necessary to find out the cause and not to use it at will. The air compressor can be started manually to observe whether the air compressor is running well. Besides the sound of the equipment, listen carefully to whether there is any noise. If there is any noise, it is necessary to find out the reason in time.

After completing the preparatory work before commissioning, it enters the formal commissioning stage. When debugging the air flotation machine, it is necessary to do the trial operation of the machine. Before commissioning, the power supply is started, then the pump is turned on, and the switch of the foam scraper is turned on. The stroke of the air flotation machine will run towards the dissolved air system, then walk backwards until it enters the sludge tank. When the bumper makes the scraper turn up, the switch can be pressed to stop the operation, and the foam scraping process ends.

During trial operation, water can be added. The water level is about 50mm above the partition board of the sludge tank of the air flotation machine. In addition, the water level can be adjusted by a water collector. Start the machine after water filling, see if the dissolved air system and air flotation system are running well, and record the relevant conditions of trial operation.
