How to deal with the slippage of the mud scraper in winter

The basic operation principle of the mud scraper is to rotate the walking wheel, push the working middle bridge and rotate more, and then push the sludge settled at the bottom into the sludge bucket. If the walking wheel can not move forward normally, it will cause inconvenience, for example:

1. Break the connecting key between the reducer and the working bridge;

2. For the full bridge scraper, the forward speed of the working middle bridge on both sides is different, and the working middle bridge is bent;

3. The sludge settled at the bottom is very easy to cause floating mud, which leads to the water output exceeding the standard.

Whether it's a problem of machinery and equipment or a problem of processing technology, it's a very difficult thing to overhaul the machinery and equipment outdoors in winter. If the processing technology is abnormal, it's even more difficult.

I. root cause

According to the analysis, it is found that the key reason for the deviation of the walking wheel and the walkway board is that the surface roughness of the walking wheel and the walkway board itself is not enough, especially in winter, when the snow falls on the walkway board, the surface roughness becomes smaller.

II. Countermeasures

For this kind of deviation, we can adopt the following countermeasures:

(1) improve the surface roughness of walking wheel

Replace the original steel wheel and steel wheel with rubber wheel or rubber tire (forklift tire can be used immediately).

(2) improve the surface roughness of walkway plate

Replace the original imported PVC material surface, floor tile all ceramic veneer or rail with mixed mortar surface to improve the friction of walking wheel.

(3) refitting snow cleaning equipment with machinery and equipment

Some staff members have already adopted the said countermeasures, but they still can't solve the difficulties. At this time, they have to refit a small equipment

The selection of lubricating grease for the drive reducer of the scraper is based on the bearing load of the drive reducer of the driving scraper. When selecting lubricating grease for the heavy load, the lubricating grease with large penetration shall be taken. When working under high pressure, in addition to small penetration, it shall have relatively low floating oil compressive strength and extreme pressure function.

According to the premise of natural environment, calcium based grease is not easy to dissolve water, so it is suitable for the natural environment with more difficult moisture and cold.

When selecting lubricating grease according to the operating temperature, the key index value should be dropping point, hydrolytic reaction stability and ultra-low temperature function. The dropping point can generally praise the high temperature function, and the actual operating temperature of elastic yellow should be 10-20 ℃ higher than the dropping point. The application temperature of producing lubricating grease should be 20-30 ℃ higher than the dropping point.

It is forbidden to use different greases in combination with each other. The positions of oil metering plug, oil drain plug and air changer are willing to be changed to installation positions.
