Whether it is a microporous aerator or a possible self immersed aerator, after a period of use, it will show that the air outlet will be smaller in varying degrees until it is blocked. This is due to the formation of bacterial membrane on the tube wall and the outlet hole. This phenomenon is related to small blasting volume, excessive use of microbial agents, excessive fertilizer and water. To deal with this phenomenon, two things are useful:

     1. Pickling shall be carried out in a large cylinder or cement tank, 5% diluted hydrochloric acid shall be poured into the large cylinder or tank, the blocked aeration pipe shall be soaked in dilute hydrochloric acid solution for 12 hours, and then it shall be washed with clean water after taking out.

     2. Portable air compressor is selected for high pressure air flow washing. The working pressure is 0.8-1 MPa. The operation method is to remove the hose connecting the aeration pipe or the aeration plate from the floating slaughterhead and connect it with the outlet of the air compressor. Start up the air compressor, depending on the water surface aeration, and close the air compressor after recovery. Attention should be paid to the high pressure air scour. The inflation pipe plug and all joints shall be fastened with hoops.
