How to choose the sand water separator

Sand water separator is a complete set of equipment for sand removal system software of grit chamber. working principle:

The sand water separator is composed of shaftless spiral type and lining strip. U-shaped tank, water storage tank, water baffle plate and drive equipment, etc. During the whole process of work, the sand water solution is put into the water storage tank from the top of one side of the separator, and the sand with light, medium and large amount of solution will be accumulated at the bottom of the U-shaped tank. Under the promotion of the spiral type, the small stones will be raised along the inclined U-shaped tank bottom. After leaving the liquid level, the distance between the two sides will be changed again. After the sand particles are fully dried, they will be discharged to the sand bucket through the sand discharge port, and the water separated from the sand will be discharged from the overflow port Discharge and deliver to the plant reservoir.

Sand water solution is put into the water storage tank from the top of one side of the separator. A large proportion of the solution, such as sand particles, will be piled up at the bottom of the groove, promoted by the spiral gear. The sand increases along the inclined U-shaped groove bottom, and changes tens of meters after leaving the liquid level. After the sand is fully dried, it is discharged to the sand bucket through the sand discharge port, while the water separated from the sand is discharged from the overflow port, exceeding the separation target.
