How to avoid backflow of filter
In use, the water of the filter enters into the self-cleaning filter body from the water inlet. Due to the intelligent design, the system can automatically identify the deposition degree of impurities, and automatically discharge all pollutants to the drain valve signal. In the use process, there may also be backflow phenomenon, so how to avoid backflow phenomenon? Let's get to know.
1. The filter shall be installed in series in the pipeline system. In order to ensure uninterrupted water supply of the system during shutdown and maintenance, it is recommended to set a bypass in the system. The inlet and outlet of the filter and the bypass shall be equipped with ball valve for cut-off. Where there is a possibility of backflow, a check valve shall be installed at the outlet of the filter.
2. The selection of filter specification shall match with the installation pipeline. When the filter flow cannot meet the pipeline requirements, two (or more) filters can be installed in parallel or treated as side filter.
3. The filter shall be installed as far as possible at the place to be protected by the system, and the low pressure at the inlet affects the use, so it shall also be installed near the pressure source.
4. The installation site shall be equipped with three-phase 380V power frequency alternating current (three-phase four wire. The DC system shall pay attention to filtering accuracy, pretreatment and pressure matters, and the intermittent system shall pay attention to timing control type.
5. The clear distance between the equipment shall not be less than 1500mm; the clear distance between the equipment and the wall shall not be less than 1000mm; the maintenance space between the equipment and the surrounding area shall not be less than 500mm.
6. On the inlet and outlet pipes of the equipment, the pipe support shall be set near the pipe mouth; the support shall be set under the valve greater than or equal to DN150 directly connected with the vessel pipe mouth
