The working principle of the cleaning machine is as follows:

After the trajectory is positioned automatically, the rake bucket decreases from the discharge station. When the rake bucket drops to the trash barrier surface, the rake bucket opens and continues to descend. After descending to the depths of cleaning, the rake bucket closes, the rake teeth insert into the grate at a certain depth, and then the rake bucket rises and clears the grille surface dirt. After the rake bucket rises to the discharge station of the cleaner, the rake bucket opens, the dirt is poured into the sewage tank, and the dirt is washed away by the flushing water.

(4) When the rake bucket unloads the dirt and the rake bucket rises to the top to unload the dirt, the bottom of the bucket opens automatically and the dirt in the bucket is unloaded.

The crank and connecting rod control mechanism for opening, closing, self-locking and unlocking the rake bucket is the key technology for the patent protection of this machine.

6. The whole machine adopts PLC programmable controller to realize the automatic control of the whole process of traveling and positioning of the cleaner, lifting and unloading of the rake bucket.
