Daily operation rules and precautions of step screens

I. Start-up preparation

1. Check whether the lubricating oil of the fine grille is sufficient or not. If it is not enough, the lubricating oil should be supplemented.

2. There are no impurities between grid frame and baffle. If there are impurities, they should be removed manually.

Two, boot up

1. The power supply of grid grid connected with grid;

2. Push the hand/automatic switch to manual, press the start button and start the mechanical fine grille.

3. Run the mechanical grille and remove all the debris from the fine grille.

III. Shutdown

1. Press the stop button to stop the mechanical grille.

2. Cut off grid power supply.

3. Remove the slag from the mechanical grille.

IV. NOTES

1. Mesh grille should be maintained once every six months.

2. The starting times of mechanical grille machine are determined according to the amount of water and grille slag. If the grille slag accumulates more, the mechanical grille machine can be started manually or adjusted by adjusting the working cycle of the mechanical grille machine.
