Normal boot maintenance

1. Before the equipment is put into operation, the pipeline should be flushed. When the pipeline is flushed, the by-pass valve should be opened and the self-cleaning inlet and outlet valves should be closed.

2. Boot: after the pipeline is rinsed. Press the automatic/manual button, the manual indicator light is on, and click "Valve Switch" to open the electric sewage valve, bypass valve, water inlet valve, and then open the water outlet valve, close the bypass valve, click "Valve Switch" to close the electric sewage valve.

3. Manual operation: press the automatic/manual button, the manual indicator light is on, observe the self-cleaning water inlet and outlet pressure gauge, when the differential pressure reaches 0.05 MPa (or time reaches 4 hours), point "main motor" to turn on the main motor, the cleaning indicator light is on, point "valve switch" to turn on the electric discharge valve, when the valve light is on, 120 seconds later, observe Whether there is a pressure difference between the self-cleaning inlet and outlet water pressure gauges, if there is a pressure difference, the time goes on and on, if the pressure difference disappears, the manual cleaning is over. Turn off the main motor and drain valve.

4. Automatic operation: Set the time, press the automatic/manual button, the automatic indicator light is on, the equipment is put into automatic operation.

5. Close the machine, press the automatic/manual button, turn on the manual indicator light, open the electric sewage valve, open the by-pass valve, close the self-cleaning water valve, then close the water inlet valve, electric sewage valve.

Maintenance of short term downtime

2. Close the inlet water of the filter and start a manual backwash sewage discharge program to release the filter 1, cut off the effluent of the filter, and start a manual cleaning sewage discharge program to clean the filter screen.

3.  Cut off the power supply.

Maintenance of long term downtime

1. Remove the filter screen from the filter and rinse it and dry it, then reset it.

If you need to restart the filter, refer to normal boot maintenance.

Routine inspection

1. Start a manual cleaning sewage discharge process to check whether the filter is running normally during the washing cycle.

2. Check the pressure difference of the filter before and after manual cleaning.

3. Every 6 months to the actuator nut, screw and drive shaft plus 1 times of lubricating oil.
