The failure of the level controller for sludge storage leads to the abnormal operation of the level controller. The air is sucked into the sludge transfer pump, which leads to the abnormal transportation of sludge. Please check the sludge storage tank.

③ is the sludge delivery pump blocked?

Turn off the main power supply (elcb-1) of the machine and check whether the sludge delivery pump is blocked.

④ is the impeller of sludge delivery pump worn?

Although the pump is running, but the sludge can not be completely transported, it may be caused by impeller wear. If this happens, please contact the pump supplier.

⑤ is the sludge in the flocculation mixing tank too full (over the high level of the electrode)?

The sludge in the flocculation mixing tank is too full and there is too much sludge.

In this case, adjust the liquid level regulating pipe to reduce the mud feeding amount and readjust the dosing amount of drugs.

The flocculation mixing tank is in the state of full water, and it will recover after a period of time. If it continues to operate in this state, it will repeatedly appear full water and recover automatically. This will cause the pump to work intermittently and shorten the service life of the pump. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the sludge delivery and drug dosage to an optimal value.

⑥ the electrode rod of the flocculation mixing tank is attached with foreign matters, resulting in abnormal operation.

If there is a short circuit caused by the attachment of foreign matters on the electrode rod, it will be wrongly judged that the electrode rod is in full water state, causing the wrong operation. Please remove the foreign matters.

⑦ is the valve of sludge pipeline closed or is the pipeline blocked?

Check the opening and closing condition of the valve and whether the pipeline is blocked.

Cement cake can not be discharged

① is sludge flowing into the main body of the screw stack in the flocculation mixing tank?

Check whether the pipeline connecting the flocculation mixing tank and the main body of the stop screw is blocked.

② is the size of alum formed in the flocculation mixing tank inappropriate?

When alum can't form or can't form completely, the solid material will leak out from the gap of falling main body, which will reduce the recovery rate of solid material, reduce the discharge amount of cement cake, or even no mud cake. Please adjust the sludge to form the proper alum.

③ is the clearance of back pressure plate proper?

When the clearance of the back pressure plate is 0mm (fully closed), the mud cake cannot be discharged from the outlet.

Please set proper back pressure plate clearance.

④ is the drive motor of screw shaft in normal operation?

Please check whether the drive motor of the screw shaft operates normally.

If the motor fails to operate normally, it may be caused by motor failure, please stop the operation of the machine immediately and consult our company or the agent.

⑤ is the rotation direction of screw shaft drive motor correct?

When exchanging the main body of the laminated screw, if the wiring of the screw shaft drive motor is wrong, it will cause the motor to reverse. When reversing, the sludge can not be discharged, which may cause damage to the machine. If the motor is found to reverse, please cut off the power supply and check the wiring.
