Common faults and cause analysis of mechanical grilles

After the mechanical grill is lowered to the bottom, the rake will not be turned over
(1) There are large stones and other dirt on the scraper at the bottom of the water chamber. When the mechanical grille descends to the bottom of the water chamber, the block at the bottom of the trolley collides with the block at the bottom of the track, and the scraper turns over by its own weight to achieve the function of dredging and decontamination. If the scraper at the bottom of the water chamber is stuck with a large stone or other heavy object, the scraper will not be able to turn over due to its own gravity when it is turned over.
(2) The bite between the rake teeth and the grid bars is stuck. After reaching the bottom of the water chamber, the rake overturned. However, because the grid bars are blocked, or the decontamination rake does not descend in parallel to the end, the inlet teeth are skewed, and the grid bars and the rake teeth are offset, resulting in the rake teeth and the grid bars being stuck, and eventually the decontamination rake cannot be turned over normally.
