Cleaning Method of Ceramic Filter

Ceramic filter is based on the vacuum principle. The vacuum (-0.08MPa) is manufactured by machine. The material is adsorbed on the ceramic filter plate. The liquid flows from the micropore of the ceramic filter plate to the filter tank, and then backwash the water to wash the micropore of the filter plate and turn around. After cleaning the recirculation system, the filter cake accumulates to a certain thickness and is scraped with a filter knife. In this way, cleaning is very important. If the cleaning is not good, the filter plate will be blocked by material residue, affecting the next filtration cycle. With the passage of time, the filter plate will be blocked and lose its working ability. Here are the methods and requirements for cleaning ceramic filters.

1. Cleaning methods:

(1) Stop production, empty mud, keep the filter running without load, inject circulating production water into the tank, clean the surface and tank body of the ceramic filter plate, empty and transfer the production water;

(2) Open the valve of acid supply pipeline and water supply pipeline, and inject flowing production water into the tank, open the acoustic sensor, and open the valves in acid supply pipeline and water supply pipeline. With the diaphragm pump, 0.5-1% concentrated nitric acid is fed into the backwashing pipeline to mix with clean water, and adjust the relief valve to stabilize the water pressure of the backwashing pipeline at 0.3-0.4 Mpa, and then into the ceramic filter. Hollow collecting pipe, rinse for 60 minutes, turn the production water into the empty tank and enter the next production cycle.

In order to ensure the normal and continuous operation of the filter, it is necessary to maintain the stability of backwash water pressure and make full use of backwash water.

Some enterprises do not strictly control the cleaning time or water pressure, thus affecting the normal use of filters.

2. Cleaning requirements:

The ceramic filter needs to be cleaned after 8-12 hours. The main technical parameters of cleaning are as follows:

Vacuum pressure: tap water backwashing pressure: 0.3-0.4 MPa

Pressure before filtration: 0.3Mpa

Pressure after filtration: 0.02MPa

Filter plate pressure: 0.006-0.1 MPa

Flushing pressure of tank body: 0.5 MPa

Cleaning time of filter plate: 1 hour

In a word, the cleaning of ceramic filter is its key work. It must be cleaned in the prescribed time, and the working time can not be increased without a deadline, so it can not achieve good working efficiency.
