Chemical cleaning of mechanical pressure filters
Sep 13,2018
Reasons for cleaning:
Some units use raw water does not meet the requirements of filter water, containing oil, rust, etc., so that water quality indicators beyond the control range, water quality standards greatly reduced, or the filter has been unable to operate. In this case, the effluent quality is recovered by chemical cleaning.
Cleaning targets:
After cleaning, the filter material can not be disorderly, and the equipment and filter material can not be corroded in the cleaning process; after cleaning, the effluent quality after filtering is detected: turbidity < 15NTU, suspended solids < 10mg/L
Cleaning process:
1) Add 1# cleaning agent (company formula) and add it according to the concentration of 0.5%.
2) Add 2# cleaning agent (company formula) and add it according to the concentration of 1%.
3) Add 3# cleaning agent (company formula), add 2% concentration.
4) The drug is added to the upper manhole once and then added enough water to completely immerse it through the backwash system.
Filter material.
5) Open the normal air cleaning process of the filter, blow up every 210 minutes on average, each time lasting 15 minutes (air pressure is about 0.07 MPa), so the cycle operation. The pH value, suspended solids content (SS), total iron and oil content of the upper cleaning solution in the filter were analyzed. Until cleaning targets are reached.
6) Confirm the end of the chemical cleaning, and then discharge it through the backwash system.
7) Drain off the cleaning solution and rinse the filter 2 times through the backwash system.
Cleaning process control
The pH value, suspended solids (SS), total iron and oil content of the upper layer of the filter were measured every 4 hours during the cleaning process, and the cleaning effect of the cleaning agent was judged by the changing range of these indexes.
Chemical cleaning is adopted.
Cleaning time:
The cleaning time of each filter is about 24 hours. Considering the pre-cleaning preparation, it takes an average of 30 hours to clean one filter.
Emergency Management
A. Non-conductive fire extinguishers (such as dry powder, carbon dioxide, etc.) or sandbarrels, hydrants, fire axes, spades, asbestos cloth and other fire fighting tools should be provided in the cleaning site.
B, operation to prevent a large number of running water, should be equipped with a larger sewage tank.
