Characteristics and storage requirements of fine bubble membrane tube diffuser
Jan 01,2019
Fine bubble membrane tube diffuser is a kind of aeration device that increases oxygen to large area water at low cost. There are closed microporous aeration short tubes on the polymer hose, which are mainly composed of macromolecule hose, hollow socket joint, microporous aeration short tubes and plugs. Gas diffusion rubber pipe of aeration pipe is imported material, which has stable physical and chemical properties and long service life: uniform perforation, uniform and small aperture, small diameter of expanded bubble and large area of gas-liquid interface. Therefore, it has high mass transfer rate and high oxygen filling efficiency. Compared with other existing aeration devices, it can greatly save electricity consumption and reduce the operation cost of sewage treatment.
Because the fine bubble membrane tube diffuser is made of high-quality rubber, it has excellent physical and mechanical properties; accessories and air pipes are made of ABS engineering plastics, so they are not afraid of rust and reliable performance, which greatly reduces the workload of operation and maintenance.
Fine bubble membrane tube diffuser should be stored in dry and ventilated rooms; they should be protected from freezing, overheating, direct sunlight, dust, mineral oil and hydrocarbon pollution; they should not be stored near engines, especially blowers; and they should be protected from any damage to the aerator and its packaging.
Tube and fittings must be stored in the original packaging when stored on site. When large crates are directly exposed to sunlight, they should be covered with oil-coated waterproof cloth to prevent ultraviolet radiation, and packaging materials containing plasticizers should not be used.
